Smartfire uses a range of mail carriers and freight companies to deliver goods, the most common carriers are Australia Post for domestic and DHL for international deliveries.

As you know postal deliveries continue to be impacted by the global COVID-19 pandemic.

Delivery delays are due to a combination of factors, including:

  • Reduced air freight capacity
  • Peak season volume in local postal networks
  • Government restrictions
  • Additional safety measures including and reduced operating delivery days with local postal agencies 

Whilst we provide an indicative for delivery time, please allow some extra time for delivery during this period and consult your local postal service for more details around their response to COVID-19.

Domestic - Free shipping for domestic orders above AUD$70.00

  • Parcel Post will take 2 – 3 business days Australia metro and up to 5 business days to regional areas.
  • Express Post will be delivered next business day for addresses in the Express Post Network. Check with Australia Post Express Post guarantee for more information.

International - Free shipping orders above AUD$ 200.00 by DHL Plus International Standard

  • Parcels may take up to ~12 business days to arrive at destination.
  • In a hurry? You may upgrade to the Direct Express service for an extra cost at the checkout.
